New Patients

You're in great hands

During your first visit, we'll go over your hearing history with you, perform an otoscopy and perform a hearing test as needed. We encourage you to bring a family member or friend to your appointment.

For a shorter time in the waiting room, please fill out the New Patient Form and bring it with you to your visit. If you have a copy of a recent hearing test, please bring that with you as well.
