I took my 95 year old mothers hearing aids and charger to Advanced Hearing today. The aids just stopped charging and we needed to know what the problem was. I was seen right away and I was so happy to find it was the charger. Got a hearing aid cleaning, a new charger and my mom is back to hearing. Definitely will be back for cleanings and any other hearing needs.

It was very easy to understand Dr. JuneSoo's explanations. He was easy to talk to. When I had a couple of minor issues, he was easy to reach by text, and the equipment was reliable and easy to use.

My mother had a wonderful experience getting her hearing aids here. JuneSoo is capable, kind and patient- making sure she had the best product and setup for her hearing situation. And he spent alot of time educating us on usage. The office was very accommodating with appts as well. Recommend!
